The project features fellow Atlanta rappers, Lil Yachty, frequent collaborator Gunna, and childhood friend, Young Thug. He released his first mixtape on April 14, 2017, with Perfect Timing. It was during his time in jail when Quality Control MusicвЂ™s Pee and Coach K encouraged Baby to pursue a career in rapping. Two more marijuana possessions and one more theft charge put him in jail for two years. Later that year in August, he attempted to drop out of tenth grade to become a full-time drug dealer, but once again was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs. In January 2012, he was arrested and charged with burglary. His teenage years also dealt with many arrests. He lived off of food stamps and government assistance.
